Spring Cleaning Checklist for Your Arizona Apartment

Spring is almost here and with it the anticipated spring cleaning. It’s a great feeling when the apartment is nice and fresh, but getting to that is no easy task. To make it easier, here is a spring-cleaning checklist that highlights important things to do to fill your Phoenix apartment with that new freshness.

Pre-Cleanup Routine

  1. Walk through and determine what materials you will need and make sure to put them all in a shower caddy.
  2. Create a plan. Determine what order you want to clean the rooms. Your best bet is to start with the one that requires the most attention. If you’re tempted to leave it for last, remember you will probably be tired and won’t want to do it after cleaning all of the other rooms.
  3. Before cleaning, declutter and create a system to get rid of the clutter. Using bags, bins or boxes, create three piles of things: clutter that either needs to be trashed, donated or relocated to another part of the house.
  4. When cleaning each room, keep in mind that you have to allow each cleaning solution time to sit before scrubbing.
